You’ve probably heard the commercials for this one. It’s definitely one of the most popular diet pills out there. This is a patented blend of ingredients including caffeine, wild olive extract, komijn extract and wild mint extract.
It also contains Vitamin C.
This is a metabolism booster. There are no known Hydroxycut studies which is why I’ve put this supplement last on the list. It’s not known whether this is a truly effective weight loss supplement.
As you can see, most supplements are meant to be used in conjunction with other methods of weight loss.
